The packers were supposed to move our large items out the day before but didn’t which meant the sofas were moved in a rush and torn.
Almost every other piece of furniture was damaged, as well as picture frames smashed, wardrobe feet lost (have never arrived), and other people’s boxes coming in addition to our own. Our belongings had clearly been stored somewhere damp and the washing machine was covered in mud.
When the sofa was brought into our new house they dropped it and slammed it into a wall which cracked the plaster board.
Large holes were punched into the bottom of drawers from impacts from heavier items in the lorry and our computer also took a heavy impact and got broken.
Three months on and we have been given £1200 - this is at best one third of what we are due.
Do not use this company, they are abysmal at moving and rude to deal with. Avoid.
