First impression -this company appeared to be what we were looking for. Friendly helpful staff and nothing too much trouble, a quality we needed as I am a registered blind person and my husband is disabled.

In reality we were left feeling disappointed & frustrated by the lack of care.

This is apparent by the gouge to the top and edge of TV unit, large scratch on wall unit and damage to gilt edge of mirror. It doesn’t stop there. When they packed items they used my clothes, curtains and underwear (which had been packed in a suitcase by me) for added padding of awkward items when packaging was provided. Unused packaging was taken away for use on the next job. Furniture and boxes were mainly dumped wherever with no sense of order or ease for our un-packing.

MGP came recommended by our Estate Agents & I would suggest that no-one uses them.

In summary nice enough lads but distinct lack of care and respect became apparent after their departure. No contact to see if satisfied with their service
