Bolliger UK were absolutely terrible...... Inexperienced foul mouthed agency crew arrived late with no moving equipment even though our booked move included our grand piano. No promised 'FRAGILE STICKERS'. Arranged moving vehicle was substituted for a a Transit Van on the morning of our move which had to make six trips to move our belongings.Subsequently our packing and moving took EIGHT hours longer than estimated. Our goods did not fit into booked container but we were not informed until SIX days after the container left the UK....We were charged extra customs charges as Turkish Customs regulations only allows for one import of personal goods to be import tax free...our goods came in two deliveries. Final delivery of goods arrived in Turkey after THREE months (Two months later than estimated) WE VERY MUCH REGRET USING AND TRUSTING BOLLIGER.UK.... DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE !! Mr.D. Bruce. Inexperienced Foul Mouthed Agency Crew turned up over an hour late in a Transit Van instead of arranged Removal Truck. No equipment brought to move Grand Piano. No Fragile Stickers. Packing time underestimated by EIGHT hours. We were not informed that all of our goods did not fit into container until six days after our container left the UK... 20 items left in UK. As our delivery was split into two we had to pay extra import taxes as Turkish Regulations allows for one delivery only of personal goods tax free. We finally received the last of our goods after three months (estimated delivery was 28 days). No equipment for moving Grand Piano when delivered Turkey either. Our move was stressful in the extreme because I made the mistake of choosing and trusting this company with our most treasured possessions..... DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE ! |
